When you send us a project inquiry, we collect what you enter in the form:

• Your name, email address, and (optional) phone number and company name
• Your current website address and details about your project, timeline, and needs
• The page you submitted the form from

When you browse the site, we collect anonymous usage data such as pages viewed, referring site, device type, and country. This analytics data doesn't use cookies and isn't tied to your identity.

• To reply to your inquiry and prepare a proposal or estimate
• To provide services if you become a client
• To understand which pages are useful and improve the site
• To prevent spam and abuse of our forms

We use a small number of providers to run the site and our business. They process data only on our behalf:

• Vercel: website hosting and privacy-friendly analytics
• Supabase: secure storage of inquiries in our client management system
• Cloudflare Turnstile: spam protection on forms
• Upstash: rate limiting, which briefly uses your IP address to block abuse
• Resend: email delivery

We keep inquiries for as long as needed to respond and to maintain our business records. Clients' records are kept for the length of the relationship and as required for tax and accounting. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello@704web.com. We'll respond within 30 days.

Data is encrypted in transit and stored with providers that use industry-standard security. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit access to the people who need it to serve you.

This site is meant for businesses and isn't directed to children under 13.
